Ethanol Production Plant
Designed to produce 88 million gallons per year, this facility is one of the largest dry mill fuel ethanol production plants in the US. Working under a joint venture agreement with general contractor, our skill and industrial process expertise helped to make the plant an industry model.

Sauget, Illinois
Multiple Capacity Expansions and Recycling Project
Our client has depended on us for full service engineering support for most of their projects since 1997. Some of that work included revising bracing to accommodate new process, new and revised foundation walls, a tank farm relocation, anode washing equipment revisions, structural upgrades, column repairs, monorail relocation, revisions and upgrades to walkways and preliminary engineering for new processes.

Casting Line Installation 
Driven by high demand for copper, the client hired us to provide EPCM services for the installation of a new Continuous-Properzi S.p.A. Casting Line and a new Continuous-Properzi S.p.A. Packaging Line. We coordinated all activities, completed engineering where necessary, procured remaining equipment, material and trade contracts and managed the construction activities.
