Decaffeination Unit Expansion Phases I & II
Beginning with the initial construction services contract in 1978 for this grassroots manufacturing plant, we remain committed to building an ongoing and close business relationship with this client.

Foods Product Plant
This complex consists of warehousing for receiving and shipping, personnel and training facilities, several process and packaging buildings, boiler and utility building and ancillaries, and an administrative building, as well as roads and parking facilities. The processing area includes two high-speed packing lines and a multi-story drying tower. The utility buildings include a cogeneration boiler that burns waste materials generated by the process.

Technical Research Center and Office
This 69,000-square-foot center hosts research facilities for the nation's largest producer of orange juice. The research center is one-level with mezzanines adjacent to our clients’ headquarters building and is a hub for citrus research in southwest Florida.
