BIS Frucon Engineering Inc. is dedicated to achieving the highest quality possible for the money invested by you. Continually looking for ways to improve the project delivery process is at the heart of BFEI's business philosophy and practices.

Key to implementing BFEI's quality philosophy is effective communication between all members of the project team.  This is accomplished by first, understanding the Customer's goals and objectives, and then ensuring effective interdisciplinary coordination throughout the project's life.  This focuses everyone's effort toward a common set of goals.  The cornerstone of this approach is making each employee accountable for the right-the-first-time performance.

Although BFEI expects the “right-the-first-time” approach to produce quality work, we recognize the need for a formal quality control program. 

BIS Frucon Engineering Inc. has established and maintains a documented QA/QC system as a means of ensuring the end product conforms to specific requirements.  This system is managed by the Chief Engineer.

Quality Improvement Program - In addition to our QA/QC Program, BFEI has a Quality Improvement Program in which management and design disciplines continually strive to improve quality through efforts such as “lessons learned” feedback to project teams.  The result is the elimination or minimizing of errors from occurring in the first place.
