BIS Frucon served as the design subcontractor to Centennial Contractor Enterprises (CCE) for this project. The design entailed functional programming and planning, conceptual design development and construction design documents for a dual food facility prototype located at the Fort Irwin Military Reservation. Marine Corp Community Services Exchange Design Renovations - Cherry Point Marine Air Station, Havelock, NC As design subcontractor to Centennial Contractor Enterprises (CCE), BIS Frucon designed the renovations to an existing 114,000 square foot Marine Corps Exchange, shopping mall, and a 1,000 square foot covered exterior space and entry canopy. Palmetto Lodge Design/Build Renovations - Fort Jackson, Columbia, SC As design subcontractor to Centennial Contractor Enterprises (CCE), BIS Frucon designed the exterior and interior renovations and building services upgrades for a seventy (70) unit Army guest lodge located at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. A/E Services Task Order Contract - St. Louis, MO BIS Frucon Engineering had a one year with two option years task order contract with the City of St. Louis Board of Public Service to provide A/E renovation design services to city-owned buildings. Clean Room / Lab Design - St. Louis, MO BIS Frucon Engineering prepared Architectural and Engineering plans and specifications for competitive bidding for the construction of a new Center for Materials Innovation for Nanotechnology. |
