 BIS Frucon served as the design subcontractor to Centennial Contractor Enterprises (CCE) and designed the exterior and interior renovations and building services upgrades for a seventy (70) unit Army guest lodge located at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. The design included demolition of existing facilities, wall, floor and ceiling finish upgrades, bathroom fixture upgrades, lighting, HVAC and fire protection system upgrades. The project included a code analysis study for adherence with ADA and life safety codes. The design drawings were developed utilizing AutoCAD and Microstation. Construction phase and quality assurance services were also provided. BIS Frucon participated in a design charrette involving the user agency and the owner. |
