    Efficient thread cutting equipment - a whirlwind milling
    A whirlwind milling is the installation of ordinary lathe of high speed cutting power head, can choose different cemented carbide tool for various materials for high speed, efficient thread milling.
    I unit production whirlwind milling is introduced from Germany in our plant whirlwind milling lathe (processing military screw, silk mother) on the basis of the research and development. A whirlwind milling bid farewell to the traditional thread processing, make the thread processing time, cost greatly reduced. The product accuracy is improved.
    1. No changes to the lathe structure, convenient installation.
    2. Helix Angle can effectively adjust.
    3. Cutting speed is high, do not need to relief groove, milling cutting a knife molding.
    4. Spindle feed slow, milling head high speed cutting, return is convenient, simple operation.
    5. Processing parts surface roughness can reach Ra0.8, realize to milling and grinding.
